Study: Camping Helps Reset Internal Clock

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Having trouble sleeping? Why not try camping?

A new study from the University of Colorado at Boulder shows that as little as one weekend spent camping in the back-country can help reset people's biological sleep clocks.

Researchers said the key seems to be getting into the natural cycle of light and dark, and removing electrical devices and lighting.
