State Patrol: Teens In Truck Strike, Kill Motorcyclist In Anoka Co.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 54-year-old Isanti man is dead after he was broadsided by a truck in St. Francis Monday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The State Patrol says two 17-year-olds were traveling in a 2003 Ford Super Duty westbound on Ambassador Boulevard at around 7:38 p.m. when they broadsided a man driving a 1998 Honda Road SRT in the intersection on Highway 47. They didn't see the motorcyclist before the crash.

The motorcyclist, identified as Kenneth Miller, was killed.

The teenagers in the truck were not injured.

The truck's passenger is identified as Ellen Noerenberg of St. Francis. The truck driver's identity is being withheld because he or she is a juvenile.
