State Patrol: Rollover Crash Creates Mess On 169 In Shakopee

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities say the northbound lanes of Highway 169 had to be closed for several hours Monday morning after a semi-tuck rolled over in Shakopee.

Authorities responded to the area of northbound Highway 169 at County Road 18 at about 8:30 a.m. to a rollover crash. When officers arrived, they had to shut down the highway as a secondary crash involving several vehicles happened in the area.

The northbound lanes of Highway 169 were closed and traffic was diverted the opposite direction. The highway was reopened for traffic at about 12 p.m. Monday.

There have been no reports of fatalities or injuries in connection with the crash. The Minnesota State Patrol is on the scene investigating what led up to  the crash with assistance from the Scott County Sheriff's Office.
