State Patrol: Deadly Crash On I-35 In Cloquet

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating after a fatal crash between two vehicles in Cloquet Tuesday morning.

According to the state patrol, at 10:15 a.m. a 1996 Toyota Camry traveling southbound on Highway 33 was making a turn to northbound Interstate 35 when it was struck by a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban, which was traveling northbound on Highway 33.

The driver of the Chevrolet has been identified as 56-year-old Grant Lindemer of Forest Lake. His condition is not known.

Road conditions were dry at the time, the state patrol said.
