State Patrol: 1 Dead After Car Crash In Mpls.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – An early morning car accident on westbound Interstate 394 and Dunwoody Boulevard left one person dead.

According to Minnesota State Patrol, around 4:02 a.m. a freight conventional truck was stalled in the right lane of westbound I-394 when a Ford Fusion struck if from behind at freeway speed.

The driver of the Ford Fusionm, 29-year-old Yassin Mohamed Isee, was dead on the scene.

The condition of the driver of the truck, 52-year-old Gregory Smith, of Dublin, Ga., and the truck's passenger 45-year-old Monica Hall, 45, is undocumented.

Police are still investigating the incident.
