French Fry Booth Catches Fire At Minnesota State Fair

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. (WCCO) -- Some unwanted excitement at the Minnesota State Fair forced some booths to shut down Friday night.

The "World's Greatest French Fries" booth caught fire at Dan Patch Avenue and Underwood Street at about 7:45 p.m.

Nobody was hurt. The extent of damage to booth is still being investigated, and it is closed until further notice.
