Starkey President Ruzicka Files Wrongful Termination Lawsuit

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Ousted president for Starkey Labratories Jerry Ruzicka is filing a wrongful termination lawsuit against his former employer.

The 58-year-old and five other top executives were fired in September. The company says Ruzicka is responsible for stealing millions of dollars over a period of several years.

Ruzicka's attorney says accusations against his client are inaccurate, incorrect, and defamatory. Starkey attorneys say they cannot comment on the lawsuit, but an investigation will prove that Ruzicka abused the trust of the company.
