St. Paul Police Investigate Suspicious Death
ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- St. Paul police are investigating a suspicious death Saturday afternoon.
Police say they were called to a residence on the 200 block of Birmingham Street at around 1:00 p.m. on a report of an unresponsive male. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of 59-year-old man, who Fire Medics pronounced dead soon after.
According to a press release, officers were able to gather enough evidence at the crime scene to arrest a 48-year-old woman, who knew the victim. Police say they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the case.
Investigators say the Ramsey County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death, and they won't be releasing any further information for the time being.
