St. Paul Celebrates Highland Fest

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – St. Paul is celebrating 32 years of Highland Fest.

The annual get-together takes place along Ford Parkway between Cleveland and Fairview Avenues in St. Paul's Highland Park neighborhood.

The festival marks the halfway point of summer. The organizers said it is meant to be a place for friends and family to get together and enjoy food, music, art, drinks and the summer season.

The festival begins Friday and runs through Saturday.
