St. Louis County Officer-Involved Shooting Leaves Woman Hospitalized
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A woman is in the hospital after shot by police during a standoff at a northern Minnesota church Friday.
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Department found the woman parked outside the Augustana Lutheran Church in Midway Township last night.
When she exited her car, deputies say she threatened them with a gun. Two officers fired their weapons, hitting the woman twice. She was rushed to the hospital where she's listed in critical condition.
Her name has not been released.
