State Patrol: At Least 1 Dead In St. Cloud Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- At least one person is dead after a car crash Saturday morning in St. Cloud, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

A Dodge Caravan taxi southbound on Highway 10 stopped at the red light East Saint Germain Street, State Patrol said. A semi rear-ended the van.

A 24-year-old female passenger in the taxi was transported to St. Cloud Hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to State Patrol. Two other people were also in the taxi -- the 66-year-old driver and a 22-year-old woman.

The 24-year-old was not wearing a seat belt, State Patrol said.

The 61-year-old driver of the truck was not injured.
