Centennial Lakes & Lino Lakes PD Squads Brace Car In Rollover, Driver Rescued

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Two police squads from different departments worked together to help a rollover crash victim in Lino Lakes.

In a Facebook post Thursday, the Centennial Lakes Police Department shared a picture of the incident.

According to police, the rollover crash occurred at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday on Birch Street. CLPD responded to assist Lino Lakes police and upon arrival, found a female victim trapped in the vehicle.

Fearing that the vehicle might turn over, the officers used their squad cars to brace the vehicle while the Lino Lakes Fire/Rescue helped the driver out.

Police say the woman miraculously had only minor injuries.

"Although we wear different patches, we have the same calling," CLPD said in the post. "When you need us we will be here. Always."
