Spoon & Stable Named Among Top 5 Most Exciting New U.S. Restaurants

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis celebrity chef Gavin Kaysen's popular North Loop restaurant Spoon and Stable was just named one of the most exciting new restaurants in America.

Food and Wine Magazine included the new restaurant on their top five list, citing Kaysen's "stellar modern American menu" and his pork confit ramen.

Kaysen has won a kitchen-full of awards since being named one of the top ten best new chefs by Food and Wine in 2007.
