Showcase Celebrates Minn. Red House's 30 Years

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — St. Paul-based Red House Records plans to celebrate 30 years as an independent label at a showcase next month.

Red House artists will perform Feb. 20 at the 2014 International Folk Alliance Conference in Kansas City, Mo.

Eliza Gilkyson, John Gorka and Claudia Schmidt are among Red House artists scheduled to perform. Also appearing are Juno Award-winning singer-songwriter Ruth Moody and her band and Canadian string combo The Bills.

Other Red House artists set to perform are Texas blues poet Ray Bonneville, singer-songwriter Michael Johnson and Austin-based roots artists Carrie Elkin and Danny Schmidt.
