Sheriff: Several Reports Of Stolen Mail In Stearns Co.
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Several homes in Stearns County reported mail missing from their mailboxes Tuesday morning.
According to the Stearns County Sheriff's Office, deputies received several calls from people in Avon Township, Brockway Township and Holdingford who reported mail missing from their boxes Tuesday.
A number of people reported they had placed bills in their mailboxes to be delivered the following day which were now missing.
A few others said they were expecting checks with they believe may have been taken.
The Stearns County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who may have seen any suspicious people or vehicles near the mailboxes or area overnight Monday to call 320-251-4240.
