Sheriff: 34-Year-Old Woman Dies From Gunshot Wound In Wabasha Co.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in Wabasha County say a woman was killed in a shooting Saturday night.

According to the sheriff's office, deputies responded around 10:50 p.m. to rural Zumbro Falls.

There, officials found a 34-year-old woman unresponsive with a gunshot wound. Despite life-saving efforts, the woman was pronounced dead.

The Minnesota BCA is investigating. No additional details are available at this time.
