MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One person was killed Saturday night in a one-vehicle rollover crash in western Wisconsin and another was arrested for driving drunk, according to the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities responded to a report of a crash at about 6:56 p.m. on State Highway 64 about a half mile west of 85th Street in Somerset Township. When officers arrived, they learned a 25-year-old from New Richmond, Wis., was driving a 2005 Dodge Durango eastbound on Highway 64 when it lost control on the road and entered the ditch.

The vehicle rolled and came to rest south of Hillcrest Drive. A passenger in the vehicle, a 24-year-old from Osceola, Wis., was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger, identified as Jordon M. Cloutier, was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

The driver, identified as Bailey Shayne Martin, was wearing a seat belt. Martin was arrested at the scene for Homicide by Intoxicated use of a Motor Vehicle. Martin is in the St. Croix County Jail pending criminal charges.

The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office was assisted at the scene by the Somerset Police Department, Somerset Fire and Rescue and the St. Joseph Fire Department. Authorities say it's the 11th traffic fatality of the year in St. Croix County.
