Enjoy A Shake While Helping Raise Money For The Minnesota Sinfonia

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A six-year-old marketing prodigy is helping to raise money for the Minnesota Sinfonia.

Lillie Abdo wanted to help raise awareness and funds for the nonprofit orchestra prior to its annual Spring Flight event.

She reached out to her uncle John Abdo, who is the CEO of MY Burger, with her idea to develop a shake. The shake, which includes bananas, Heath bars, chocolate, caramel and whipped cream, is called "The Monkey Bar."

For every "Monkey Bar" shake sold 25 percent of the proceeds will go to the Minnesota Sinfonia.

The nonprofit offers free-admission concerts and educational programs for kids in the Twin Cities.
