1 Shot In Seward Neighborhood Overnight

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One person was shot in Minneapolis' Seward neighborhood early Friday morning.

According to Minneapolis police, around 12:20 a.m. officers responded to a call of a shooting in the Seward Square Apartments, located on the 2100 block of 9th Street.

Police later learned there was one victim, an adult male.

The victim was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. Police said he is in stable condition and is expected to survive.

No one is in custody at this time.
