Search Continues For Missing Paddle Boarder On Lake Waconia

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The search continued Sunday for a man who disappeared after paddle boarding on a Minnesota lake.

The Carver County Sheriff's Office says a family member found his empty paddle board on Lake Waconia Saturday afternoon and called 911. The sheriff's office says they're using land and water crews to try to find the 35-year-old.

They searched until midnight last night and started up again early Sunday morning.

Crews have not been able to locate the man. The search was called off at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday with weather approaching the area. It's not known when search efforts will resume again.
