Science Museum Partners With NASA To Create Space Research Kits

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — The Science Museum of Minnesota has a $14 million contract to help turn NASA's deep wealth of space research into interactive exhibits, activities and other learning experiences.

The museum will build 1,000 educational kits to be sent to museums, educators and others around the country.

The completed kits will be delivered in 2018. Martin estimates they could be seen by 5 million to 10 million people each year. Martin says some prototypes could be seen in coming months by visitors to the Science Museum of Minnesota.
