Royal Courtyard Returns To St. Paul Winter Carnival
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A winter tradition is making a comeback after more than a decade!
Organizers of this year's St. Paul Winter Carnival say they will be bringing back the Royal Courtyard in Rice Park, according to the Pioneer Press.
The last time one was built was in 2004.
Festival-goers can slide down a mountain of snow and ice, sit in an ice-carved king's chair or watch a music and light show.
The 2015 Winter Carnival kicks off Jan. 22.
