Roseville In Bloom: 'The Power Of Education'

Roseville in Bloom features 20 artist-designed rose statues throughout Roseville.

One is designed by artist Cora Hays and is titled "The Power of Education." The rose is displayed at the Kids In Need Foundation headquarters in Roseville where people can drop off donations of school supplies for students and teachers in under-resourced schools across the country.
