It's not too late to reserve a Minnesota DNR campsite this summer
If you're hoping to spend Memorial Day in the wilderness, you'd better hurry to book a spot.
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources says 95% of all campsites are already reserved for the weekend. They're first-come, first-served, but it's not too late.
A few state parks with decent openings left include:
- Camden State Park
- Upper Sioux Agency State Park
- Mille Lacs Kathio State Park
- Maplewood State Park
