Report: Twins Close To Nabbing Braves' Left-Hander Jaime Garcia

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Twins are really close in a deal to trade for Atlanta Braves' left-hand pitcher Jaime Garcia, according to ESPN.

The trade would include the Twins departing with a minor league player for the 31-year-old pitcher.

Garcia, a veteran starter, reportedly has a history of shoulder trouble and went 10-13 with a 4.67 ERA for the Braves last season. He did, however, help the St. Louis Cardinals win the World Series in 2010.
