Report: Taj Gibson, Knicks Agree To $20M Contract

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO/AP) – The New York Knicks have agreed to a two-year, $20 million deal with Taj Gibson, who will leave the Minnesota Timberwolves after two seasons, according to ESPN.

Gibson played the last two seasons for the Minnesota Timberwolves, averaging 11.5 points. The 6-foot-9 forward spent most of his career with the Chicago Bulls.

Gibson had one of his best games of the season against the Knicks, scoring 19 points in a victory at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 22.
