State Patrol: Man Killed In Red Wing Crash Not Wearing Seat Belt

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A Zumbro Falls man is dead after his vehicle went off a Red Wing highway early Saturday morning, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Frank Joseph Anderson, 63, was travelling southbound on Hwy. 61 near Charles Avenue when his Ford Escort went into a ditch, down a short embankment, and eventually stopped after hitting a parked pickup truck.
Authorities say Anderson was not wearing a seat belt. No one else was hurt in the crash.
