Recipes From Prairie Organic Spirits

Golden Glow

2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
½ oz raspberry liqueur
2 oz fresh squeezed (golden) grapefruit juice ¼ oz simple syrup*
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and petite strawberry on the rim.

Prairie Hail Mary

2 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka
1/2 cup of tomato juice or favorite bloody mary mix
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Worcestershire and hot sauce to taste
Ancho chili powder
Cucumber
Pour vodka and mix into glass over ice. Add remaining ingredients to taste. Stir gently and garnish.

2 ox Prairie Organic Gin
2 oz Italian aperitif
2 oz sweet vermouth
Sparkling wine to finish
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add aperitif, sweet vermouth and gin. Shake vigorously and pour over chilled glass. Top with sparkling wine.
