MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The public will be able weigh in Wednesday afternoon on a proposal for earned sick leave in the City of Minneapolis.

The City Council will hold a public hearing at 3 o'clock.

Before the hearing, at 2:15 p.m., some workers and business owners will hold a rally to say they support the proposal.
