Principal From Woodbury's East Ridge High School Resigns

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Woodbury school principal has resigned after a complaint sparked an investigation into him.

At a school board meeting Thursday night, the board accepted the resignation of Aaron Harper from East Ridge High School.

Harper had been with the school district since 2006. He became principal in 2009.

A district spokeswoman told the Start Tribune that Harper had been placed on administrative leave after undisclosed allegations were made against him.

The district will move forward with an interim principal for the remainder of the school year.
