Police: Suspects Used Multiple Stolen Cards At Rochester Target

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Rochester Police Department is asking for the public's help after as many as three people are suspected of using stolen credit cards at Target stores in Rochester, Winona and Minneapolis.

Police said they are looking for one female and two males in connection with a May 9 incident in Rochester. They are suspected of using multiple stolen credit cards to purchase several items as well as Target gift cards.

Authorities said the woman is described as 28 to 40 years old with a medium build, dark painted nails, wearing a ring, long brown hair, jeans, a black purse and black boots. One man is described as Hispanic or possibly Asian, wearing a white baseball-style hat, a dark blue jacket and jeans and bright white tennis-style shoes. The second man is described as Hispanic, wearing a black fleece jacket, dark blue jeans and blue athletic shoes with white soles and stripes.
