Police Seek Suspect In Maple Grove Auto Thefts

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Maple Grove Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify a suspect in a series of recent car thefts.

Authorities have received several reports of car thefts at an apartment complex on the 8200 block of Main Street. Police have images of the man suspected in the car thefts on surveillance video.

Police say the male suspect appears to have a tattoo on his right forearm that extends to his right hand. The man also has a mustache and was seen wearing a silver style bracelet on his left wrist.

The Maple Grove Police Department says it is actively looking for the suspect and the investigation is active and ongoing. Anyone with information on the suspect, the thefts or who can identify the man is asked to call Maple Grove police at (763) 494-6189.
