Police Seek Suspect In Eden Prairie Bank Robbery

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in the west Twin Cities metro are looking for a suspect after a bank robbery took place at a TCF Bank Tuesday morning.

Eden Prairie police responded to a report of a robbery at about 11 a.m. at the TCF Bank inside the Cub Foods at 8015 Den Road. When officers arrived, they learned a suspect fled the area on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. It's not known if the suspect was armed. No bank employees or customers were hurt during the robbery.

Police said the suspect is described as a dark-skinned individual wearing a white shirt and dark pants. Authorities searched the area after the robbery and said they believe there is no immediate danger to the public.
