Alison Johnson, 16, was last seen Friday at about 3 p.m. in Andover, where she was spotted getting into a gray Mitsubishi with two white males.

Johnson lives in a group home and has health issues. Authorities say she has gone two days without her medication, which she did not have with her when she disappeared.
