Police On Scene Of Standoff With Barricaded Man In Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities are on the scene of a standoff in Minneapolis Monday afternoon, according to police.

There is limited information available, but police said roads are closed in the area of 23rd Street and Portland and Franklin Avenues in Minneapolis. Police say a man is barricaded in an apartment. Authorities said they don't believe it is a hostage situation and that the man is the only person in apartment. It is not known if the individual has a weapon.
