Man Dies After N. Mpls Shooting

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 42-year-old man has died after being shot in the head Friday night in Minneapolis.

Antonio Marcus Flood, of Montgomery, died shortly after midnight on Saturday, Dec. 6.

Police said they believe shooting occurred around 10 a.m. Dec. 5 in the 2600 block of Penn Avenue North as their ShotSpotter system was activated.

When officers arrived, they found Flood with a gunshot wound to the head.

Flood was taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale where he later died.

No arrests have been made in connection to the shooting. Minneapolis Police Homicide division are investigating the incident.
