Police: Man Arrested In Bloomington Stabbing

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) — Police have arrested a man in connection with a gas station stabbing in the Twin Cities area.

Police say they received a tip Wednesday from someone who saw surveillance video of the suspect in his 40s on a news story. Police say a 22-year-old employee at a BP gas station in Bloomington was stabbed in the upper torso after an argument around 9 p.m. Sunday.

Police say they used the tip to locate the suspect in Eden Prairie and arrest him Wednesday morning. Charges are pending.

The victim is in stable condition at a local hospital.
