Police Investigating Double Shooting In Downtown Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities are looking for at least one suspect after a double shooting in downtown Minneapolis early Saturday morning.

Police responded to a report of a shooting at about 4 a.m. near the intersection of 2nd Street and 2nd Avenue North in Minneapolis. When authorities arrived, two victims had already been taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. Their injuries were described as non-life threatening.

Police said there have been no arrests in connection with the incident and are still investigating what led up to the shooting. Anyone with information is asked to call Minneapolis Police.
