Police Investigate After Numerous Vehicles Vandalized In White Bear Lake

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police are investigating after a number of cars were damaged across White Bear Lake late Wednesday night.

According to the White Bear Lake Police, the cars were damaged between 9 p.m. and midnight on Wednesday.

Police said the damage seemed to be caused by a BB or pellet gun. In one report, a passenger window of an occupied car shattered after it was hit by a projectile.

The damaged cars were at multiple locations throughout the city.

Police said a witness reported a large, dark pick-up truck with a diesel engine left the area after they heard a loud bang. The witness also found a smashed vehicle window.
