Police Identify Victim In Fatal St. Paul Shooting

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in St. Paul have identified the person killed in a shooting Monday night.

According to the St. Paul Police, the victim was 26-year-old Parnell Robinson, of St. Paul.

Officers found Robinson dead outside of a home in the 1500 block of Ames Avenue around 6 p.m. Monday.

On Tuesday, officers arrested 24-year-old Lepierre Carpenter in connection to the shooting. They have not said how the two men are linked.

Charges are expected later Wednesday.
