Police Identify Duluth Homicide Victim, Suspect

DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — The Duluth Police Department has identified a 33-year-old man found dead with an apparent head injury.

Matthew Walker of Duluth was discovered Saturday morning outside of a multi-unit rental property. Police say the victim was assaulted, but have declined to comment further.

Authorities say a 53-year-old man was arrested at the scene on second-degree unintentional homicide charges. Police say Walker and the suspect knew each other.
