Police: Greenwood Man, 54, Critically Hurt By Fireworks
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 54-year-old Greenwood man is in critical condition after a fireworks mishap earlier this week, according to South Lake Minnetonka police.
Police have released few details, but say the man is at the Hennepin County Medical Center after the incident, which occurred on July 21.
South Lake Minnetonka police caution that all fireworks have an element of risk to them, even though some may look harmless. They say to leave the larger (and illegal for private use) fireworks to the professionals.
