Police: Boy, 5, & Man, 40, Shot In Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis Police say a 5-year-old boy and a 40-year-old man were shot Thursday afternoon.

Emergency crews responded to the 1500 block of Plymouth Avenue North, where they found a young boy that had been shot in the leg, and a man who had been shot in the arm and buttocks.

Police do not know if the two victims were the intended targets of the shooting, or if they were shot indoors or outside.

Both victims were able to walk to the ambulance at the scene. Police say their injuries are not life threatening.
