Police: Body Found In Red River Is Missing Student

BRECKENRIDGE, Minn. (AP) -- Police have identified a body found in the Red River near Breckenridge as Andrew Sadek, a 20-year-old college student from Rogers who has been missing since the beginning of May.

Sadek left his dorm at the North Dakota State College of Science the in the early morning of May 1. Authorities had searched for the student for several days in May.

The Wilkin County Sheriff's Office says the North Dakota Department of Pathology identified Sadek Saturday. The cause of death is still under investigation.

Authorities issued an arrest warrant charging Sadek with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance shortly after his disappearance. Investigators had kept the warrant secret because they didn't want to hamper their search.
