Police Arrest 2 In Connection With North Mpls. Shooting

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minneapolis police have arrested two people in connection with a shooting that occurred on the city's north side Thursday.

Police say the shooting happened around 11 a.m. near the intersection of Broadway and Bryant avenues. Officers found a man with a gunshot wound outside Little Caesars Pizza.

The man died at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.

Thursday night, police arrested 25-year-old Quintel Dominic Flowers on a probable cause murder charge and 32-year-old Nicole Lynn Rantala on a probable cause aiding an offender charge.

Both suspects are being held in the Hennepin County Jail.
