Police: 6 Arrested On Child Pornography Charges In Rochester

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Six Rochester men were arrested on child pornography charges Thursday night after a 10-month investigation by the city of Rochester, according to Rochester police.

Police said the men were involved in possessing and distributing thousands of pornographic photographs and videos.

Police arrested Lukky Chang, 20, Dennis Jay Ouk, 20, Mark Steven Pine, 52, Evan Phillip Erickson, 29, Christopher Blake Dezutter, 47, and Mark David McGinley, 58, in connection with the investigation Thursday evening.

CBS affiliate KIMT reported that Bezutter is a professor at the University of Minnesota – Rochester.

According to police, McGinley was also found to be creating porn. The victim was reportedly someone he knew.

Rochester Police worked alongside the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Minnesota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the FBI on this 10-month investigation.

The Rochester Police Department said additional arrests are possible, but they have no information on other suspects as of yet.
