Police: 3rd Escaped Wis. Inmate Captured In Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The third and final inmate who escaped from a New Richmond, Wisconsin correctional facility was captured Saturday morning in Minneapolis.

Police say Jesse Jamal Fairley, 26, escaped from the St. Croix Correctional Faculty Wednesday night with Andre Vance and Kyle Peterson.

Fairley was found at a residence on the 1600 block of Plymouth Avenue North. Minneapolis Police say he surrendered without incident. He awaits extradition back to Wisconsin.

Peterson was captured Friday morning in Whitewater, Wisconsin, and Vance was arrested about eight hours later in Madison.
