Police: 2 Killed In New Hope House Fire

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities in New Hope say two people were killed in a house fire Thursday morning.

According to police, emergency crews responded around 10:45 a.m. to a home in the 4600 block of Aquila Avenue in New Hope.

Upon arrival, firefighters extinguished the fire and searched the residence. Officials say two people, identified as 55-year-old Sandra Moliter and 63-year-old Michael Moliter, were found dead inside the home.

No additional details are available at this time. The incident remains under investigation.
