Police: 2 Arrested In Connection To Homicide

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in central Minnesota say two suspects are in custody in connection to the fatal shooting earlier this month of a 39-year-old St. Cloud man.

The Mille Lacs Band Tribal Police Department announced that the two suspects were arrested Thursday, and they are currently in the Mille Lacs County Jail.

Police say the suspects were arrested after weeks of investigation following the death of Jason Carl Stoltz.

Authorities found Stoltz's body in a parked car in the Bug Hill neighborhood of Onamia on March 2. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, and his death was ruled a homicide.

The Mille Lacs Band Tribal Police Department says it is not releasing any more information about the suspects at this time.
