Polaris Recalls Over 50K Vehicles Due To Potential Fire Risk

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Minnesota-based Polaris is recalling one of its most popular all-terrain vehicles over a potential fire hazard.

The recall impacts 53,000 RZR 900 and RZR XP 1,000 models sold between 2014 and August 2015.

Polaris said the fuel tank vent line on some of the off-road vehicles was mis-routed during assembly, which can lead to leaking fuel.

If you have one of the vehicles stop using it and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair.
